In this month’s Cookie’s Community, we caught up with customer service representative Sade F. to learn more about her upbringing, her time at Cookie’s, and her family life in New York.
How long have you worked at Cookie’s?
3 years.
What was your first job at Cookie’s?
I started as an employee in the warehouse fulfilling orders, before moving to the Customer Service department.
What is the one thing you are most proud of?
Making it to college and staying enrolled. On top of my work at Cookie’s, I’m also a part-time student in Long Island City, NY.
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would you say?
I would say, “PAY ATTENTION!”
If you could have any meal you wanted, what would you eat?
Steak and lobster.
What is your favorite type of cookie?
Chocolate chip.
