Tracy C., Product Manager

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tracy moved to the United States with her family in 2006. We sat down with Tracy to learn more about her upbringing, her time at Cookie’s, and her family life in New York.

You were born in Hong Kong. How many different languages can you speak?

Cantonese was my first language. I can also speak Mandarin, Fuzhou, and English.

How long have you worked at Cookie’s?

5 years.

What was your first job at Cookie’s?

I started as a data entry clerk.

If you could have dinner with any 3 people, living or not, who would you choose?

My Grandma and my Grandpa (both have passed away) and my daughter, who is 11 months old.

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would you say?

I would say, “Don’t waste time.”

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I have always loved the Maldives so much. I haven’t had a chance to go there yet, but it seems like a beautiful place to relax and enjoy.

What is your favorite type of cookie?

Butter cookie.
