Dates: Cookie’s VIP Graduation Giveaway begins on Friday, May 18, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, June 10, 2018. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Grand Prize: Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be given a choice between one of the following two options: (1) A $100 gift card to Red Lobster; or (2) 4 tickets to the New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles, Tuesday, July 31, 2018; or (3) 4 ticket to the New York Mets vs. San Diego Padres, Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Baseball tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different game. Travel to, from and within New York City not included in the prize. Eligibility: All Cookie’s VIP customers who make a purchase at any Cookie’s location during the given dates will be automatically entered to win. As an alternative, entrants may also complete the entry form provided at any Cookie’s Department Store location or online at blog.cookieskids.com/surfnturf. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Limit one entry per participant per day. All entries and information therein become the property of the Sponsor. This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States except where prohibited by law or the following: employees of Cookie’s Department Store or CookiesKids.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the families of each. Contestant Submissions: No purchase necessary to enter. A valid email address and mobile telephone number is required to enter the Contest and should be used on the entry. Entrants who are not already a member of the Cookie’s VIP Program will automatically be enrolled in the program using the information provided. By entering, you are giving the Sponsor permission to communicate with you regarding this contest and other future promotions. Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received. Winner Announcement: Winners will be drawn at random on or about Monday, June 11, 2018. The winner need not be present at drawing to win, and will be notified via telephone or email within 24 hours of the drawing. If any winner does not accept their prize within 48 hours of the first communication, a new winner will be drawn. Limitations of Liability: Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of Cookie’s Department Store, Inc. and all affiliated contest co-sponsors, its agents and employees from all responsibility to the winner. Transportation to and from New York City is not included in the prize package. General Terms and Conditions: By entering this contest, each participant agrees to these rules, and the decision of the Sponsor will be final. Incomplete entries will not be counted. Cookie’s Department Store, Inc. and its affiliate co-sponsors, their employees, affiliates, contractors, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for: (1) late, lost, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete entries. (2) any equipment malfunction, such as Internet, network, server, telephone, etc. (3) any injuries, loss, or damage caused or created as a result of the prize, acceptance of the prize, or use of the prize. (4) any printing or typographical errors in any material related in any way to this site.
